It is a sign that it is an international ticket. For international refund request you are mandatory to call the Swiss Federal Railways Contact Center on number +41848446688. This is a 24 hours service. Refund request which you do via contact form will be ignored! It is written on the ticket that you have to call the SBB. Please call them quickly because after start of validity of your ticket, a refund or an exchange will never be possible anymore.
