I have just purchased 3 x Swiss Travel passes for my family for an upcoming trip in 10 days. The purchase has gone through in my bank account, however, I cannot see my tickets under ‘my orders‘. I purchased the tickets several hours ago, and haven‘t seen anything come through on my email or SBB profile yet.
I am unsure about who to contact to get this matter resolved. Thank you in advance for the help!
