I cannot see my Swiss Travel Pass in ‘my orders‘

Hello all,

I have just purchased 3 x Swiss Travel passes for my family for an upcoming trip in 10 days. The purchase has gone through in my bank account, however, I cannot see my tickets under ‘my orders‘. I purchased the tickets several hours ago, and haven‘t seen anything come through on my email or SBB profile yet.

I am unsure about who to contact to get this matter resolved. Thank you in advance for the help!

Thank you for your request. 

If you have purchased a Swiss Travel Pass on the SBB website, you will receive confirmation by email (possibly in SPAMS).

For data protection reasons, we are unable to provide information on the Comunity. I advise you to contact our hotline directly at +41 51 225 78 00, my colleagues will inform you.
If you have not purchased tickets from us, please contact the ticketing department directly.
