Betreff: How to add half fare card to my SBB app if I bought it as a guest?

Hi, I bought the Half fare travel card as a guest, how can I add this to my SBB app, I manually tried adding it to the app, and it shows up under Manually entered Travelcards : Half Fare Travelcard (1/2), i'm unsure if this is the right way to do this. 

Could it be that this option applies the discount on the SBB app and thus I just need to buy the ticket from the app and show my Half Fare card pass on the train to a train conductor?

Any help is appreciated because I'm honestly confused by all this.

Thank you for your request.

I assume that you have bought this offer. You cannot integrate the Swiss Half fare into the app.
You can buy train tickets via the app, register yourself manually as a traveller. You must carry the Half Fare with you at the ticket control.
