If you buy tickets as a guest, you cannot see them unter "my orders": we only send them per mail.
If the email adress was not correct, please call our colleagues at the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min): they can search with your name or with the wrongly spelled email address and send the ticket to the right one.
