How to Book Air Ticket for Domestic flights?

Hello,
What should be the best method to Book an Air Ticket for domestic flights - via website or through agent?

I travel myself and have my own bank account etc, is it better to book it myself or via an agent? Do agents charge more/ why should one book or not book with them? Thanking you in advance.

With SBB and on www.sbb.ch you can only book train tickets. Please contact the corresponding airline to book a flight ticket.
