Thank you for your question. It depends where you bought it.
Generally, if you boght it online, and if the Swiss Travel Pass is not valid yet, you can ask for a refund: either online or by calling the SBB Contact Center (0041 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min).
If it is already valid, it is only possible by phone: please note we need a confirmation that the pass was/is not used.

On the Community, we do not have any information about your Swiss Travel Pass. If the number +41 848 44 66 88 doesn't work, please use this number +41 512 25 78 00.
If you did not buy the pass from the SBB (for example on MySwitzerland), please contact the office where you bought it.
