Half fare card

Hi,

I have two questions:

1) I bought a half fare card on December 27 at the counter and I still haven't received my card with picture. My temporary paper was only valid until January 9.

2) I have linked my half fare card in my app but it didn't show up in the app when I had a control, it gives an unknown error: UTE-510 but when I log into my SwissPass account the half card is there.

For data protection reasons, we do not have information about your half fare Card. Please contact the Contact Center at +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) or +41 51 225 78 00 (if the 1st number does not work).
