I have purchased four half fare cards for my family on the app. Do my family members need to purchase their tickets individually on the app or do I now have to do this on my phone and simply display the tickets when checked?
You have the possibility to buy all the tickets on your application. It is important that the name & date of birth of the traveler is correct. You can change it on the right under "Edit passengers" (written in red). See also the link here (under "Purchase tickets with SBB Mobile")
