Group ticket Zurich to Kandersteg problems

I'm trying to price and will eventually book a Group ticket for 33 people for July from Zurich Airport to Kandersteg, but the site reports no tickets available. I've tried changing the dates to May, to One Way vs Return, I've tried reducing the number of tickets nothing seems to work.

But if I shorten the trip to Zurich to Bern tickets become available to book, but separately Bern to Kandersteg does not.

Am I doing something wrong, or does the website simply not support such a booking and I have to call? Seems very strange to me.

Online booking is only possible for connections with sufficient space (Zurich Airport to Bern). For the connection Bern to Kandersteg there is no sufficient space.
You can place your order by telephone via our Rail Service 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.). We will also be happy to advise you free of charge at one of our SBB railroad counters.
We ask you to book your group travel well in advance (but no later than 3 working days before departure).
