Hello, I don't understand how and when to book my ticket (boat and train) for Gotthard Panorama Express on August 16th from Lucerne to Lugano. Also, am I obliged to buy the swiss pass for tourist or can I buy the Gotthard Panorama Express ticket without this card.

If I buy this swiis card, can I use it to travel from lugano to milano ?
