Gift vouchers purchase with foreign currency

Hello! 

I would like to purchase a SBB voucher (gift card) for my former colleague who is now living in Geneva.  I have his address and phone number in Switzerland.  Could I use my VISA credit card (issued by a U.S. bank) to make the voucher purchase?

Any help is much appreciated!

Thank you for your request.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. For data protection reasons, the gift card is automatically sent to the credit card holder. It is not possible to change the delivery address.
