Forgotten to Add Family Pass

Hi, i have purchased 2 Adult Passes via a 3rd party website (Not SBB) but forgotten to add my 2 children (below 15) for their free passes. The 3rd party website told me I cannot add my kids to my booking now. Is there any way I can still obtain the free passes for my kids? Thanks!

Hi @Phyllis 

Go to the SBB counter or travel center once you arrived here in Switzerland. They will issue the Swiss Family Card for you.
