Failing identity check on confirmation of mobile number

Hi community

I'm trying to go through identity check, to buy Halbtax, but on "Confirmation of your mobile number" step, form does not accept code, that was send on my phone. Have you had such problem? I have a phone number from another country, but I get the code.

Hi @AferditaH. Could you provide an email address? It would be far easier for me to send screenshots and describe the problem

There is also a contact form listed at the bottom of the page. You can also use it to send an attachment/screenshot.
