Failed to redeem e voucher on SBB.ch or iOS app

Hi, I got a e-voucher of 10 CHF on 05.01 and I have tried redeeming it when buying tickets online or filling it on the promotional code area in the app. However, it failed on both platform.

 

Is there a specific area that I should redeem the code, i.e. instead of filling during checkout in the purchase of a tickets.

The code can be entered in the PromoCode/ e-voucher field. Please contact the Contact Centre on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) for more information about your voucher.
