Day saver Pass

Hi All,

I have bought a future date saver day pass with my half fare card but the half fare validity is expiring before the travel date. So the bought ticket should be okay right or would it be a problem ?

Unfortunately, this is a problem because the Half Fare Card must effectively be valid on the day of travel. The ticket inspector will check your ticket as well as the validity of your 1/2 card. In the contrary, your Half Fare Card does not have to be valid during ticket purchase.

You have two options now:

• you are going to renew the Half Fare Card before the day of travel or
• you are going to ask for a refund (subject to 10 CHF administration fee) and buy a full fare Saver Day Pass. See the link to the refund request form below.
