Credit card charged, but ticket was not issued

I've got the credit card payment text message, but there is no e-ticket voucher in my e-mail.

Give you full explanation, shopping cart shows me the message that "Time limit exceeded-Journey no longer available"

I truly made a reservation for international journey(from Interlaken ost, to paris) on July, 23, 2019 for 3 passengers(SUJA KIM, JINKYUNG LEE, HYUNJUNG LEE).

I remember departure time is 10:30 a.m.


Please let me know what happened.

If that reservation was not made, Should I make a reservation again? and credit card charge will be canceled?

as soon as you receive an error message in system, the sale is rejected even though the payment appears on your credit card. This is a temporary booking that will be deactivated later. I please ask you to try again.
