I've got the credit card payment text message, but there is no e-ticket voucher in my e-mail.
Give you full explanation, shopping cart shows me the message that "Time limit exceeded-Journey no longer available"
I truly made a reservation for international journey(from Interlaken ost, to paris) on July, 23, 2019 for 3 passengers(SUJA KIM, JINKYUNG LEE, HYUNJUNG LEE).
I remember departure time is 10:30 a.m.
Please let me know what happened.
If that reservation was not made, Should I make a reservation again? and credit card charge will be canceled?
