Hoping you are well, I have requested a refund to my tickets as I had to cancel my trip due to coronavirus. Still didn't have anything back as a response. Did I do something wrong and you didn't get the request? Please let me know.

I live in UK and have some paper tickets for swiss trains in 5 days time. I cannot use them now. How can I get a refund without visiting in person?
