Collecting lost item

Hoping that someone has guidance on collecting a piece of luggage I lost on the train a few days ago.  I am a student travelling abroad and left a bag behind on one of the trains.  I immediately registered it with easyfind and I can see that they actually found it.  However, I can't figure out how to collect it or where it may be.  My description was for a cross body bag but it looks like it is coded in the items found as a bum bag.  So it may not be cross referencing to my submission correctly.  I went to the station and spoke with a representative and he said he can pull the reference number but wasn't able to find the location.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

it has been three days since the item was found.

Thank you
