Cancellation of Saver Day Pass

Hello,

I have purchased four saver day passes for my friend who is visiting Switzerland from abroad. Unfortunately, her trip got revised, and she would no longer use those passes on the scheduled dates. Is it possible to get a refund?

We refund the Saver Day Passes in the following Exceptional cases:

  • Identical tickets purchased as duplicates.
  • The connection booked with the supersaver ticket cannot be provided. For a refund to be made, a new ticket at the standard fare for the same day, identical route and class must be held.
  • Ticket for wrong customer group (Day Pass/supersaver ticket/saver class upgrade without Half Fare Travelcard or full fare instead of reduced fare). For a refund to be made, a new ticket must be held for the right customer group.
  • Proven inability to travel (illness, accident, death).

We can't refund it in your case.

Thank you for your request.

You can only exchange or refund a Saver Day Pass in exceptional cases. A refund is only possible before the Saver Day Pass’s travel date. You must be able to prove that you have purchased a new ticket. So you have to buy new cards and then ask for a refund.
