Can't see my ticket purchase history

Through site on 2022.04.27, I bought a train ticket to Interlaken ost - Basel - Paris Gare de Lyon.

However, I cannot check the reservation history in sbb mobile or (order section).

I just got the ticket pdf via email. 

Can you tell me why?

Thank you for your query.

If you bought the ticket with the SwissPass login, you can find it on in your orders. If you bought it as a guest, you can print the ticket in the confirmation mail. You will receive detailed information about your order by phone: 0848 44 66 88
