Hello and welcome to the SBB Community. What would you like to do?
I booked 2 tickets for the Swiss Travel pass and it defaulted to start on the same day I purchased it. I immediately tried to contact SBB within 5 minutes of the error but have had no luck with getting this fixed.
Please help me get the tickets refunded or transferred to the correct date. I am still in America and have no way of using these expensive tickets.

Please do not apply for a refund more than once. This will not speed up the processing of your claim. It will only increase the number of requests for us and the response time for other customers.
If you have already sent us an email, we will give you an answer. But please understand that we have millions of travellers around the world and also in Switzerland who rely on our customer service.
We will process your request, taking into account the date and time you first contacted us by using the form, and give you a reply as soon as possible.

I cannot call internationally but have tried to email several times and file for a refund online. Still no luck and I am freaking out
