Hi,
I bought a half-fare travel card today (10.05.2022) which costs 185 CHF. Right after buying the card, I realized that I have been already paying half price for train tickets for a while without having a half-fare travel card which I have no clue why.
So first of all I would like to learn how I could have paid the half price for the train tickets without having a half-fare travel card, was it a gift from SBB or mistake of SBB. Secondly if I can still buy the train tickets paying half price and without having half-fare travel card how can I cancel the half-fare travel card which I bought today and have full refund?
