Refund request due to Covid-19

Hello,

I bought 2 super saver tickets (order numbers 226704305, 226706309). I live in Russia and had planned aatrip in April. Due to current COVID 19 situation and restriction imposed on international travel by both RF and Swiss authorities, I have to cancel my trip.

I have raised a request few weeks ago for tickets refund but have not heard anything yet. In total, i paid CHF 79.40 Will you be able to advise how long will it take to process the refund?

Hello @Volha_Kam,

Check your account to see if the ticket has already been refunded. We stopped sending a cancellation confirmation a few months ago.

Otherwise, please contact our contact center on 0800 44 66 88 (0.08/min).

Thank you for the answer.

The tickets haven't been refunded yet. Is it possible to contact your contact center via email? Phone calls from my country are too expensive.
