My name is Beatriz, and yesterday I have mistakenly bought a ticket from Buchs SG to Zurich Flughafen and would like to know if an exchange is possible. Since I bought it as a guest, I tried to filled the refund form before the 30 minutes after the purchase. But I do not know if I will get a response from that. This is going to be my first time in Zurich, and in Switzerland. I booked this trip, to settle everything up, so I can move in in the begining of July and now I am struggling with buying train tickets.
I do not know if this is the best approach to have a response back from you, but the order number is XXX and the ticket ID is XXX. I know that I bought the Supersaver ticket, but I would really appreciate if you could help me with an exchange or a refund so I can buy another ticket.
The ticket that I bought is for 30/05 and the journey that I really need is for 31/05, at the exactly same time. Given that and since there is still some time left, would it be possible to help me on this situation?
