Seems like it’s linked to logging in with Swiss pass, as when I manually enter the details requested for personal details there is no error. Note the personal details entered are exactly the same as they are on my Swiss pass account.  ... Mehr anzeigen

Hi yes, a non Swiss citizen can have a Swiss Pass. I’m from the UK and have one as I like having my tickets/travelcard etc on a ‘smart card’ and have the ability to link it to the SBB mobile/preview app. Usually if you buy a travelcard and do not possess a Swiss pass you will obtain one….after going through the SBB verification process. Alternatively you can just apply for one online (costs 30 CHF) and it will be posted to you (not sure if the pass will be sent to every country in the world, be advisable to check first)   hope this helps Will ... My bad, the 12 digit number beginning with S is the Swiss Pass number, your customer number (10 digits) is created when you order a Swiss Pass. It can be found under Customer Data tab on swisspass.ch sorry for the confusion   Will ... Mehr anzeigen

Hi You will have the Swiss Pass sent to your UK address....you do have to pay for it though (30CHF same price as if you had lost one) as you would be applying for one for the first time. It can take up to 15 days or so from ordering to having it drop in the mail in the UK. Once you order a Swiss Pass you will also receive a digital version via the SBB app, this will allow you to view your customer number (12 digits beginning with S), buy tickets and travel cards. These will be added to your Swiss Pass automatically (digital and physical). You can also view your Swiss Pass online @ Swisspass.ch Also be aware that there is a tourist half fare card 120 CHF (valid for one month and not able to be added to the Swiss Pass) which is different from the Half Fare travelcard which is the one you are talking about (185 CHF and will be added to the Swiss Pass) Hope this helps Will ... Hi NicolasK Thanks for your reply, I understand the correct formatting for entering my postcode (XXX XXX) however on the above example on gornergrat.ch, only numbers are allowed to be entered on the ticket form, and only 4. So I’m guessing I’ll have to purchase via the app or another website.  thanks  ... Mehr anzeigen
