Hi @neubahn  This is the SBB Community German. We kindly ask you to check the current language of our community before posting.    The Swisspass is not a travelcard. It is just a data medium used to support actual travelcards such as GA, Half-Fare Card, etc. What do you actually mean by "SwissPass"? If you have a valid Half-Fare travelcard or a GA travelcard for example, then the answer is yes. These passes are valid until Annemasse. But a Unireso Zone Card isn't. Hi @raquelfrometaur  The Half-Fare travelcard for one month is a product of Swiss Travel System and has nothing to do with the Swiss Pass and the customer number.  You bought your Half-Fare travelcard in paper form, not as an e-ticket, so it is not possible to import it into the sbb mobile app or your mobile phone You can buy tickets at half price with the sbb Mobile App if you add the reduction manually. Hi @Jiexi  If you have the Swiss Travel Pass for 3 days in a row : The period of validity for the activated days always begins at 00.00 hrs on the first day of validity and ends at 05.00 hrs on the 3 day. If you have the Swiss Travel Pass for 3 days Flex: The period of validity for the chosen, activated day begins at 00.00 hrs and ends at 05.00 hrs on the following day.  Already activated travel days can be deactivated/changed as often as desired until the start of the validity period at 23:59. Ein generelles Problem ist uns unbekannt. Ich empfehle dir auf jeden Fall eine Neuinstallation und falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, fülle bitte das folgende Formular aus: Kontakt  Die Tickets kannst du auch per E-Mail an Dritte weiterleiten. Wenn du online kaufst, erhältst du von uns immer eine Kaufbestätigung per E-Mail mit dem Ticket als Anhang. Hallo @Ostschweiz  Kindertageskarten werden mit den Daten des Kindes erstellt. Das Kind kann damit faktisch alleine reisen und daher sind die Daten einer eventuellen Begleitperson für die Kontrolle irrelevant. Hi @amwatts  This can be a problem. Note that you cannot use a credit card online on our website  www.sbb.ch to pay an outstanding Half-Fare travelcard bill. If you try to renew your half-fare travelcard like that, you will actually just buy a new subscription and close a new contract with us. However, the older Half-Fare travelcard will remain unpaid. Half-Fare travelcard invoices can only be paid by bank transfer (online via e-banking or on a counter) with the reference number of the bill.  Unfortunately, the sbb Community is not the right platform for us to handel your request. So, my advice for you, is to heck your swisspass account via www.swisspass.ch. If you notice that you have 2 Half-Fare travelcards on your swisspass at the same time, or if you are sure that you have made the payment correctly by bank transfer but your payment is still not visible in our system, please call us immediately on +41 848 44 66 88 (0.08/min.) or +41 51 225 78 00. Si votre abonnement est toujours valable mais qu'il n'apparaît plus dans l'App CFF, essayez de supprimer l'appliacation de votre portable et de la réinstaller. Si le problème persiste, veuillez essayer de relier à nouveau votre Swisspass à votre App CFF comme suit : Dans notre app, sous Menu principal > Réglages > Autres réglages > Supprimer le lien avec le Swisspass. Mit einem offiziellen Charakter ist vor allem gemeint, wenn es sich um eine Schulreise handelt, die Kinder von einer Lehrkraft begleitet werden. Wenn bei der Buchung der Gruppenreise die Daten der Schule angegeben werden, usw.
