Hi 이상화
If you want to travel within Switzerland, you don’t necessarily have to reserve seats (except for panorama trains such as the Glacier Express).
Seats may be reserved in trains which are marked "R" (reservation possible), "RE" (reservation recommended) or "RR" (reservation mandatory) under "comments" in the online timetable: https://www.sbb.ch/en
Detailed information on the various booking options on Swiss trains are available under: https://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and-tickets/tickets-for-switzerland/seat-reservations.html
If you want to reserve a seat for your train journey to another country, please go to a SBB ticket counter or call our RailService under +41 900 300 300 (CHF 1.19/min from the Swiss fixed-line network).
We’re looking forward to welcome you on board of our trains.
Kind regards SandraI
