Hello @Mk8 Thenk you for your question. The half fare card will be automatically renewed if you don't cancel it in time (30 days before the expiration date). If you have a Half-Fare Card, we will remind you in good time of the possible cancellation date with the invoice for the extension. There is enough time to decide for or against the renewal. You can easily cancel your travelcard online, by telephone, at your staffed railway counter, by e-mail or by letter. You can also receive a reminder of the possible cancellation date by SMS or e-mail. Here you will find all the informations: Cancelling Half Fare Travelcard | SBB help & contact.
