I have bought ticket for my mother as a guest (Bellinzona-Winterthur) by mistake for 25.02.2021 instead for 18.02.21 (both days are Thursday).
My question is if I can change the ticket for Sunday 21.20.2021 - 17.01 o'clock or earlyer, prices are the same as the paid one.

Online/mobile tickets are only valid on the date printed on them. If you wish to travel on a different day, you will need a new ticket.
Please book your trip again with the correct details at www.sbb.ch/en (or with the SBB Mobile application) and send us the new order number by e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch.
Upon receipt, we will check for a refund.
