Why did I not receive an email confirmation?

Yesterday (Jan 25), I had booked a train ticket from Milan to Montana Gare and checked out as a guest. I have been waiting to receive an email confirmation in order to either add the ticket to my app or to print but I have gotten neither. 

When can I expect the confirmation?

Did you receive an error message? If the email is not sent, the sale may not have worked. The amount deducted is only reserved, not definitively debited. it will be transferred back to your payment method.
Have you possibly made a typing error in the e-mail address? I recommend that you call the contact centre on +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.) to find out whether you have a ticket.

Hi @Aleksandra1 did you check your spam folder in your mailbox? Normally the mail should  be fast. Regards Paul
