website and ticket problem

Guys, I just tried to buy tickets on the website, but after I did, the system automatically logged me out and there was a prompt saying the session had expired, please try again. I don't know what happened. The money has been taken, but I haven't received any email from them. Has anyone had a similar problem? Please help !!!! Thanks!

Thank you for your request.

Normally, if you have not received a purchase confirmation email, the purchase has not been successfully completed. It may be that the amount on your credit card was only provisionally reserved but will not be charged in the end.

You can also contact directly our Railservice they can check this: 0848 44 66 88.
