tickets recover

I purchased the tickets but it didn't arrive any email of confirmation (probably i purchased with wrong email address). How can I recover them?

Please call our Contact Center +41 848 44 66 88 (CHF0.08/Min.) so that we can send you the PDF of your ticket by e-mail.
