Hello. I buy the ticket from lyon to bern when 06.01.2018. But I can't used this tickets because I lost my credit card that pay for the ticket. So, I can't changed voucher to tickets.At that time, I asked to emplyee that 'Can I refund the ticket?', she said 'yes'. But I have not received a refund of the tickets even after a month.
