I bought a number of 1st class super saver tickets on the SBB wbsite and noticed that one of them had my wife's birthday wrong. Within the 30 min i tried to find a way of correcting the detail but the SBB website has no obvious means to correct this and no SBB contact email address . SBB help please!!

It is not possible to change the dates of birth. Unfortunately, we cannot help you here in the community, we do not have information about our customers' orders.

I cannot call to Switzerland because I reside overseas. My birthdates are wrong on all tickets that I bought even though I had them correct during booking. How can I change this?
I have the same issue. How did this get resolved.
