If our webshop shows you an error message during the purchase and you have not received an automatic e-mail confirming your booking, then this means that the order coudn't be completed and your payment method has not been charged.
What you will probably see on your credit card statement is a temporary reservation of the amount of the ticket, which will soon be released in full on your credit card.
So basically you can just re-initiate the purchase process.
