hello

I’m jeonghyeon jang from South Korea. I bought supersaver ticket (5.3 7:02am from zurich hb to interaken west ) but I missed train because of flix bus. So I bought new indivual ticket( same route) for next train. I know that when I have this situation, I can get refund of one ticket. So I want to know how to I refund it.
