"Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available." Booking error for bus 107

Hi,

When booking a ticket via the app and the online platform on line B 107 where reservation is compulsory I get the following error message:

"Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available. Please choose another product or contact Support."
