I bought a ticket that Interlaken Ost from Basel SBB (20.05.2019. Departure 15:59)

I paid by credit card, but i don't have a ticket. Based on credit card payment history, payment has been completed.

But they don't have a ticket for payment. I didn't get a ticket even by email.

I can't found ticket in e-mail 

I want reservation number or ticket number

Can i see ticket at mail or mobile apps?

I suggest you to contact directly our Contact Center via email: with the following informations:

Your route, the date, your e-mail address and the 6 first and 4 last digits of your credit card.
