passport and swiss travel pass

I bought swiss travel pass, 8days(+2days)
but, it is different from my passport name.
my passport 'Yoo', swiss traverl pass 'Yu'.
I called the place where I bought it, but they said there was no refund there.
They said buy it again.
Can you solve this?
It is burdensome for me to buy again.
Can be modified locally?
Please reply as soon as possible.

Hey @Yoojieun,

If your birthday on the pass is correct and the only difference is between Yoo and Yu, that’s ok for us, don’t worry your pass will be valid and you don’t have to buy a new one 😉

There is no birthday present in Swiss pass.
Can you check the spelling of my passport and spelling?
