paid but didn't get ticket

I have just used my master card to purchase a single ticket from Lausanne to Berlin HBf, with total amount of CHF 81, and the payment was successful. However, the page showed "Time limit exceeded - journey no longer available." What should I do?

If you have not received a confirmation by email, the payment did not work, it is only an authorization from the credit card center. You can try to buy your ticket again. For any other question, please contact directly our Contact Center at +41 848 44 66 88. Our collaborators will be able to provide you with information.
