name in swiss pass (e-ticket) and passport are not same.

Hello,

I've buy swiss pass e-ticket via agent in thailand and already received e-ticket from sbb. The problem is the name that show on swiss pass does not exactly match the passport.

Swiss Pass = Dhongprasert Chonla
Passport = Dhongprasert Chonlada

The passport no and county are correct (match). 
Will this be problem? if this will be problem how can i resolve it.

Hello chalit ,

You should not have any problems with your tickets. It's a small mistake.

If you wish, you can go to a SBB ticket office when you arrive in Switzerland and we can do the change.
