Good morning

The booking numbers are 421018257 and 123720674.

I plan to leave on July 4, 2018.

We made a reservation for 3 people in total.

By the way, I made a reservation by changing my first name and last name.

So I want to change my first name and last name.

Passenger 1
First name: SORA
Surname: KIM

Passenger 2
First name: YEONHEE
Surname: KOH

Passenger 3
First name: SEUNGA
Surname: LEE

Please change it please ㅠㅠ

We are students, and I went to my first backpack with my friends.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello @KIMSORA

If only your first name and last name are reversed, you can still travel with your ticket. (An exchange is always associated with fees.)

Kind regards

Hello,

I'm a student from Leipzig University traveling to Lucerne (for my Praktikum). But I made a mistake in my last name. I mistyped it and it has extra s in the end: Albrechts. It should be Albrecht. How can I change it now? Thank you.

Stefanie

Hello @Albrecht

it doesn't matter if there is an extra S at the end of your name. You still can use your ticket but while presenting your ticket you need to present also your ID Card. If you still want to change your ticket please visit our website on https://www.sbb.ch/en/travelcards-and-tickets/buying-options/refund-request.html.

Salmon, sardines, mackerel and certain other fatty fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are thought to lower the risk of heart disease and stroke. The benefits of eating fish may far outweigh the risk of harming your health from the mercury these fish contain, according to Harvard's T.H. Chan School of Public Health. If you worry about the contaminants your fish dinner may contain, you can try eating lower down on the food chain. Certain fish, such as sharks, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish, contain higher levels of mercury than smaller fish, like sardines, smelt, and anchovy.

The "exotic fruit of the year" will surely be on any superfood list, too. This might be acai berry, noni fruit, dragon fruit, rambutan or pomegranate. These fruits might be healthful, but scientific studies do not show that they are more healthful than other, less exotic (and therefore less expensive) fruits, such as blueberries. Some of these fruits may be particularly dense in certain kinds of nutrients. Pomegranate, for example, contains ellagitannins (ellagic acid), which have known anti-cancer properties. But red raspberries, which are arguably just as delicious as pomegranate seeds, also contain ellagic acid.
