i didn't receive my train ticket

취리히 공항 - 인터라켄 10:40 12.07.2017 (2 명). 우리는 내 신용 카드를 지불했습니다.

그러나 티켓은 이메일로 발송되지 않았습니다.

If you have received neither an order number or a confirmation e-mail from the SBB either you can see any order under "My orders" in your SBB-account. Therefore your credit card was NOT charged, but the money from the credit card is reserved and the reserved amount will be released. Sometimes it happens that the amount is reserved for a transaction, but after a while the system recognizes that there isn't a valid transaction, it give the amount free.

We recommend the following possibilities:
- place a new booking online using a different PC/web browser
- place a new booking online using another credit card
- purchase the tickets at a SBB railway station in Switzerland
