i didn't get my ticket

hello

At the time i click to pay, the page was disconnetced. 

but the money is paid. i think it is not just reserved for a while, the money is already gone from my card.

i couldn't even resister my e-mail. (i used without login system).

i need your help. would you like to check my situation and send my ticket throught e-mail?

my name is YAE LIM MUN.

and my journey is from milano centrale to interlaken ost (23,sept,2018)
