buying a ticket on line

i have been trying to buy 2 tickets on line for March 26th, but it does not accept my card details.

any suggestions?

Hello @Diane2 

Your credit card must support 3D Secure otherwise the payment cannot be processed.

Thank you for your request.

I recommend that you delete the means of payment and enter it again. Alternatively, try a different means of payment.
If this does not work, contact your card issuer.
