buy the ticket from Switzerland to other country with Half Fare Card

I have buy the Half Fare Card (30 days, for foreign tourist).

I ever see  if buy the ticket from Switzerland to other country on SBB website , it can choose "Half-Fare travelcard 1/2/3-year" for "Swiss Half Fare Card" to discount.But I still see someone tell it can't....

 l have buy the ticket like this :

Train EC13：Bellinzona to Milano Centrale (08:51 - 10:35 Hour)

Train EC22： Centrale to Bellinzona (17:28 - 19:10 Hour)

I choose "Half-Fare travelcard 1/2/3-year", would you help me confirm it have any problem ?

I have receive the pdf of the ticket  with the seat , and print it in A4 paper . DO I still collected at the ticket counter at the train station?

Thank you for your query.

You bought the ticket with the right discount. The printed ticket is valid. You don't have to pick it up at an SBB ticket counter.
