a query regarding the Swiss Travel Pass

I'm a Brazilian who will be in Switzerland on February 20th. As a result, I was advised to utilize the Swiss Travel Pass for mobility and trip discounts. I got the receipt in the mail, but I can't seem to locate my pass. I'm not getting it.

I attempted to link my travel pass to the SBB mobile app, but it requested a customer number. I can't find the customer number either because there's no pass in sight.

Thank you for your question.

If you received a confirmation e-mail, it means the Swiss Travel Pass was sold correctly. All Swiss Travel System tickets are available as e-tickets, thers is no need for a customer number. 

Please contact our SBB Contact Center (+41 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min) to verify where your Pass is. Our colleagues areavailable 24/7.
