ZVV short travel ticket

Good Morning,

Last Sunday (23rd of May 2021) I bought a short travel ticket using the SBB app to go from Zürich HB to Berninaplatz. While it is clearly said in the ticket description that it is only valid for 30 minutes, nothing is said about the number of stops allowed. When I got controled by the ZVV personal, they gave me a fine which I contest. The ZVV personal told me they knew that the SBB app wasn't up to date but that I should contact you to, firstly, cancel the fine and' secondly, make you aware of the problem so that you can update your app. I've come to your desk at HB where nobody could apparently help me, I tried to call ZVV without success and I've tried to send you my request through the contact form in the SBB app which failed twice. I feel like something is not working properly on your side and I hope you'll be able to correct this.
