Yearly travel card extension due to Covid-19

Could you please communicate to me the procedure to get an extension of my yearly travelcard once the confinement period is over? So far I haven't been able to use it since the beginning of the confinement period imposed by the confederation.

Thank you for your query.

An extension of the subscription is not possible. To enable us to check your case, please contact our Railservice on 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min) or go to an SBB railway counter.

Currently, there are still ongoing votes on how exactly subscriptions, including the GA, customers will be compensated due to the current situation. You can find the latest information at:
