I just bought a ticket and realized that it was marked for the wrong date by a day. This is the first time I have used this site and must have incorrectly entered the information without realizing it. Is there any way I can change the date by a day/get a refund in order to buy another ticket? I apologize for this.

Please note that the possibility of an exchange or refund of a ticket depends on the offer.
Did you purchase an E-Ticket? Please send an e-mail to ticketshop@sbb.ch or click here.
If you have a paper ticket we recommend that you enquire directly at your local SBB railway station ticket counter.
For tickets purchased in another country, please refer to the Rail Company of the country concerned.
