Wrong ticket date

I just bought a ticket and realized that it was marked for the wrong date by a day. This is the first time I have used this site and must have incorrectly entered the information without realizing it. Is there any way I can change the date by a day/get a refund in order to buy another ticket? I apologize for this.

Please note that the possibility of an exchange or refund of a ticket depends on the offer.

Did you purchase an E-Ticket? Please send an e-mail to or click here.

If you have a paper ticket we recommend that you enquire directly at your local SBB railway station ticket counter.

For tickets purchased in another country, please refer to the Rail Company of the country concerned.

I also have the same problem. I would like to ask if it is possible to change the journey date after ticket purchase. I intended to buy the ticket for the 24th but accidentally bought and paid for 25th. May I please request for a change in dates? The journey route, time, and ticket price is still the same.
